Collection Policy

Our center will verify your insurance benefits and calculate your estimated out-of-pocket responsibility. One of our business office staff members will contact you prior to the date of surgery with the amount, which is due in full on the date of surgery unless prior arrangements are made. We recognize that surgery can take its' toll on our family finances, so we strive to give you as much notice as possible to make your financial arrangements.
