We participate with many insurance plans and are happy to file your insurance for you. Prior to the date of surgery, we will verify your benefits with your insurance company and contact you with an estimated out-of-pocket amount that is due from you on the day of service, unless other financial arrangements are made prior to the date of surgery.

Elective cosmetic, or self-pay cases, are required to be paid in full on or before the date of surgery.
